• Students all continue to study English, maths, science, geography, history, Spanish, BPE*, music and technology (a carousel of food & nutrition and design technology).
• English, maths, science and humanities group by ability (Each has one high aptitude group and a number of mixed ability groups in each half year group).
• Music and BPE* are taught in forms.
• Students also have a choice between computer science or iMedia.
• Students choose two option subjects from: art, French, German, drama, dance.
• This curriculum is designed to be broad, yet give adequate time for EBacc subjects.
•  Special literacy and numeracy withdrawal groups remove small groups of children from some subjects.
