Lenny and Harley were crowned the winners and will represent UVHS in the next round.

Winner 1 Lenny – Roasted and pickled celeriac, with scallop and truffle sauce

Winner 2 Harley – Beef Wellington with garlic mash and red wine jus

Theo – Buffalo chicken wings

Kenzie – Steak with peppercorn sauce

Sam – Honey and sesame chicken

Joseph – Haggis stuffed chicken

Grace – Saag paneer and flatbread

Chloe – Chickpea curry and naan

Noah – Trout (which he caught himself) with watermelon
